I purchased this product sometime around September 23, 2016.
My Warranty expired January 18, 2017.

After a surprise power outage, I was unable to access my data on my share drive. When I logged into the My Cloud device to troubleshoot, I saw this error message:

Volume Failure
The data volume 1 on the drive is not accessible. Contact WD Support.
